Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years of experience in implementation and consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers. They will also provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.
  • Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  • Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  • Participate actively in pre-sales cycles including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
