Virtual Event Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Event Specialist to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing webinars that engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive webinar plans that align with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Identify target audiences and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the entire webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage technical aspects of webinars, such as platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
