Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Webinar Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing webinars to engage audiences, promote products, and support lead generation. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive webinar plans, overseeing the webinar lifecycle, conducting rehearsals with presenters, and monitoring performance metrics.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong organizational and project management skills. The successful candidate will be able to work closely with internal teams to align webinar themes with marketing campaigns and goals. They will also be responsible for tracking attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success and generate regular performance reports.

In addition, the Webinar Specialist will continuously improve webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and virtual events.

Requirements and Skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
