Panmedical is a digital healthcare company that provides same-day online video consultations with healthcare providers across India.

Our Campus Ambassador Program offers students the opportunity to represent our brand within their institutions, contribute to healthcare awareness, and develop valuable professional skills.

Campus Ambassadors will act as key representatives of our organization within their institutions and promote healthcare awareness, facilitate student consultations and organize initiatives that strengthen healthcare access across campuses.

  • Key Expectations:
  • We expect Campus Ambassadors to achieve a KPI target of 10 consultations a week. Upon achieving this target, they will receive a bonus of Rs. 50 per new patient consultation
  • A strong campus network and active social media presence are essential for this role
  • Students with leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and an interest in healthcare awareness will thrive in this position
  • Excellent Communication in English, Hindi (Having proficiency in regional languages is a plus)
  • A strong internal drive to grow and succeed is crucial
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are necessary
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are required
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs
  • Analytical, and strategic planning skills, along with in-depth product and service knowledge
