Site Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage the successful execution of construction projects on-site.

To achieve this, you will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently, meets quality standards, and adheres to project plans and schedules.

  • Project Execution: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

In order to excel in this position, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction management principles.

A degree in Civil Engineering, experience in the construction industry, and proficiency in construction management are highly desirable.
