We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist - Finance & Accounts professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing statutory and tax compliances, audit coordination, and monthly financial closing.

  1. Statutory Compliances

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements including:

  • TDS: Deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliations
  • GST: Return filing, reconciliation, and addressing notices
  • ROC: Annual filings and other MCA compliances

Additionally, the individual will coordinate and ensure timely execution of:

  • Statutory Audit
  • Tax Audit
  • Transfer Pricing Audit

Accounting & Financials Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of accounting and book closure activities. They will assist in preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring proper documentation and accounting treatment as per applicable standards.

They will also assist in balance sheet and P&L reviews and provide variance analysis.

Reporting & MIS Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports. They will support in monthly/quarterly financial reviews and presentations, providing accurate and timely financial data to the finance controller.

Audit Management Responsibilities:

The individual will handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors. They will maintain proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring all audit requirements are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, preferably CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA/M.Com. They will have 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.

They will possess in-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards. Proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure is also essential.

The candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required. High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
