Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in financial strategy and planning, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Align financial objectives with business goals by creating and executing comprehensive financial plans.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Cash & Treasury Management:

  • Manage Cash Flow and Working Capital: Maintain optimal liquidity levels and optimize working capital management.
  • Oversee Treasury Functions: Line of credit management, interest rate management, foreign exchange exposure, and liquidity management.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare Financial Statements: Monthly/quarterly/annual P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct Detailed Financial Analysis: Identify opportunities for cost savings, improve profitability, and inform business decisions.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Adhere to financial regulations, accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate Audits: Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure seamless audit processes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Supervise Finance Staff: Provide coaching, performance management, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, procurement, and operations teams for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify Efficiency Initiatives: Streamline financial processes and systems to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain ERP/Financial Software: Ensure timely upgrades, standardize workflows, and maintain system integrity.
