Job Title: Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to support our team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents and records.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy.
  • Keep accurate records of customer invoices and send reminders when necessary.
  • Arrange for payments from customers and follow up as needed to ensure prompt payment.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting by preparing and analyzing financial reports and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates to management on finance activities and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with company secretarial work including filing and organization of financial documents.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisors to support the team's goals and objectives.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field with strong academic credentials.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
