  • This role seeks a highly-engaged and experienced recruitment professional to oversee the hiring process, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and develop hiring strategies aligned with agreed profiles, compensation, and timelines.
  • Ensure backend hiring processes are effective, efficient, and facilitate candidate onboarding to meet business-as-usual (BAU) and seasonal peaks.
  • Manage stakeholders to maintain accurate data capture and reporting from a recruitment perspective.
  • Develop and execute location-specific hiring strategies, adequate staffing, required tools, and recruitment compliance to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Bull, nurture, and maintain a capable and motivated recruitment team to deliver business goals.
  • Evaluate, streamline, and execute hiring processes for efficient candidate processing, focusing on automation to minimize manual interventions.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experiences as an outcome.
  • Maintain and advise heads of departments on budgetary compliance and requirements.
  • Timely process data to support vendor contributions and payouts.
  • Timely process data to support employee referrals and other payouts.
  • Timely process data to support recruitment vertical leads in reviewing and managing team performance and deliverables.
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance and reporting to support internal/external audit requirements.
  • Own dashboards and reporting related to recruitment, reducing manual intervention and facilitating automation.
  • Provide hiring analytics and insights to shape recruitment sourcing and delivery strategies.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending procedures, and conducting training. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and minimum wage requirements.
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and organizations.
  • Achieve human resources and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and develop hiring strategies.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
