  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Computer/laptop with headset and reliable internet connectivity.

Desirable Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and troubleshooting techniques.
