We are seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead our strategic initiatives in nutrition and health. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving program management, technical leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into reviewing and updating our strategy in consultation with senior advisors and theme heads. This involves landscape analysis, situation assessment, need gap identification, and potential needs by conducting background research and ground assessments;
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, delivery models, monitoring frameworks, and scale-up roadmaps for new and existing nutrition initiatives and programs;
  • Foster strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations;
  • Organize sectoral meetings, roundtables, consultations, and workshops as per plan;
  • Design and implement monitoring, learning, and evaluation frameworks to develop innovative theories of change for effective models;
  • Oversee multiple complex programs and initiatives, ensuring timely reports and fund disbursements;
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
  • PhD, Master's, or PG Diploma in Public Health Nutrition, Community Health, Global Health, Public Health, Food and Nutrition policies and programs, Public Policy, Development Studies, and related disciplines;
  • 15 years of experience in public health nutrition, food and related program development, research, and policy;
  • Prior experience in philanthropy and grant making will be an asset;
  • Experience in research and program evaluation will be essential;
  • Deep commitment, passion, and experience in the social development sector is necessary;
  • Awareness and knowledge of field realities and social complexities with a focus on communities;
  • Good understanding and experience of using theory of change-based program design;
  • Skilled in proposal assessment and evaluation;
