About Our Program Manager Role

  • Program Leadership & Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth program execution, effective communication, and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously assess current workflows and identify areas for enhancement in program delivery, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all background checks and verifications adhere to relevant laws and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators for program success, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Must-Have Qualifications and Experience

A successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related field.
  • A proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
