Production Engineer Opportunity

About the Role:

This role involves leading process improvements within production through analysis and optimization of current processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering and be skilled in time studies, process improvement initiatives, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to reduce lead times and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Industrial Engineering team to ensure smooth operations and consistent productivity gains.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain best practices in production engineering.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
