We are seeking an exceptional Finance Review Manager to join our team

About the role:

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leading global process improvements, ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies, and driving efficiency in transactional activities.

You will work closely with our business, finance, and technology stakeholders to identify value-add opportunities, implement effective solutions, and deliver enhanced productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in financial management, and proficiency in SAP finance modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies (GPOM) and refining them continuously
  • Developing end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) knowledge and guiding the service provider to improve efficiency in operations
  • Improving vendor-related metrics through understanding of VDMS and vendor management
  • Identifying opportunities for simplification and automation using robotics process automation (RPA)
  • Reviewing and revising global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes
  • Ensuring consistent service delivery by engaging with units and reviewing key performance metrics
  • Defining and updating the risk and control matrix (RACM) and resolving audit findings

Required qualifications include:

  • A qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in F&A or semi-qualified accountant with 8 years of accounting experience
  • Strong leadership skills, exposure to senior finance teams, and remote team management
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules, advanced MS Excel, and English language
