Marketing Media Planning Lead

As a Marketing Media Planning Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and media strategies to enhance the brand's visibility, positioning, and engagement across all campuses.

The role involves planning, strategizing, and implementing marketing campaigns aimed at increasing admissions, corporate connect, and brand equity in alignment with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for admissions, placements, academic programmes, events, and corporate outreach.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms—print, digital, broadcast, and on-ground.
  • Design and roll out brand campaigns for internal and external audiences.
  • Lead digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate quality leads and improve digital visibility.
  • Manage agency partners for SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content development, and digital creatives.
  • Audit the website for user experience, accuracy, SEO performance, and analytics.

For this role, you should have a Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred) and at least 10–15 years of relevant experience in Education / Edu Tech with at least 5 years in a leadership marketing role.

Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of digital platforms, marketing analytics, media buying, and institutional branding.

Qualifications & Experience:
