About Silvish

Silvish isn't your nani's silver jewelry brand. We're 925 sterling silver, Italian-inspired, anti-tarnish, and unapologetically bold. We're building a brand that slices through the noise and actually means something to the new generation. Jewelry for the 9 to 5, for the party after, and for the stories in between.

We're hunting for a Brand Strategist who can turn sparks into fire. Someone who knows how to craft a narrative people can't ignore, and campaigns that don't just look good, they get talked about. If you live at the intersection of strategy, culture, and a little mischief, this is your playground.

What You'll Do

Own and shape the brand voice that is loud, sharp, and unforgettable.

Dream up and execute campaigns that get screenshotted, shared, and remembered.

Keep every touchpoint—social, website, ads, packaging, offline—singing the same tune.

Dig into competitor moves and cultural shifts to stay three steps ahead.

Partner with performance marketers so that brand and growth don't live in silos.

Build playbooks for influencers, partnerships, and PR that break patterns, not budgets.

Read the numbers, listen to the people, and tweak strategy till it sticks.

Constantly push for ideas that make Silvish more than a brand, make it a statement.

What We're Looking For

4–5 years shaping and shaking things up in brand strategy (bonus if in D2C, lifestyle, fashion).

A radar for youth culture and digital trends—you know what's hot before it hits the mainstream.

Campaigns in your past that actually moved hearts (and sales).

A storyteller who can switch between clever one-liners and deep strategy decks.

Creative instincts backed by data, not just vibes.

Hungry, restless, and ready to play big in a fast-paced startup.

On-site in Pitampura, New Delhi. No hiding behind Zoom.
