We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Brand Strategist to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining brand positioning, value proposition, and storytelling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Track brand health metrics (awareness, sentiment, loyalty) and provide insights.
  • Build and manage content frameworks aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan editorial calendars for social, website, blogs, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to deliver brand-aligned content.
About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and storytelling. They should also have experience in planning and executing content strategies across digital platforms.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills. They will also be able to analyze data/insights and translate them into actionable strategies.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
