Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead our certification and compliance activities. This role involves precise planning and execution of various certification and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional understanding and hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National/International.

This role requires strong interpersonal, decision-making, and prioritization skills. The ability to communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing is essential.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to obtain an in-depth understanding of the products and test requirements. You will also study and understand tender documents, scheme documents, compliance standards, and generate test requirements proposals.

Responsibilities include ensuring correct TC documentation, tests executions, TC audits, and cooperation with Certification Bodies (CB) for expeditious releases of SoCs. You will also work with external stakeholders like CB/Antenna Test Equipment (ATE), DGCA, and QCI to make them understand the product environment and compliances.

Additional responsibilities include effective communications and collaborations with CB, DGCA, QCI, CEMILAC, DFI, BIS etc., timely study of regulatory drafts & feedbacks in the interest of IdeaForge, creation & maintenance of Certification roadmap in cooperation with Product management, strict adherence in execution, and planning & execution of periodic internal audits to identify /analyze the compliance risks & implement mitigation measures with respective departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B Tech / M Tech in Aeronautical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 Years of Experience in Technical Compliances, minimum 5 years in UAS industry.
  • Exceptional understanding & hands-on experience working with regulatory frameworks – National/International.
