Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Executive

We are seeking a seasoned M&A professional to spearhead the execution of domestic and international transactions, encompassing strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.

M&A Strategy & Target Identification

The ideal candidate will define growth strategies, prioritize acquisition or joint venture opportunities, conduct market research, and perform competitor analysis for strategic targets.

Deal Execution

Our Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Executive will perform valuations, prepare investment memos and board presentations, lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors, structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely transaction closure.

  • Perform thorough valuations and prepare compelling investment memos and board presentations.

Transaction Structuring & Negotiations

The selected candidate will structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely transaction closure.

Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

Our Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Executive will plan and execute integration with key stakeholders, monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management

The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions for deal alignment, manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners, and provide leadership on stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking.
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
  • Proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
