Job Description:

This is a key leadership role where you will lead fundraising efforts across various channels including High Net Worth Individuals, Corporate/CSR, Foundations (India & international), and digital/community giving.

Develop a 3-year fundraising strategy with targets by segment and program, own the full donor lifecycle, and design multi-year giving vehicles.

Represent the organization with credibility, secure strategic partnerships, and co-create bespoke propositions.

Partner with Communications to run an integrated brand + fundraising calendar, oversee investment-grade proposals, and build crisis-ready messaging.

Lead fundraising efforts across the organization, collaborate with global teams, implement a CRM or DMS, and establish clear SOPs and approval matrices.
