Job Title: Area Sales Manager for Critical Care DevicesAbout Us

Talent Fanatics Consultancy is a reputable and well-established company seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager for Critical Care Devices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting medical equipment and managing client relationships in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote Medical Equipment: Visit clients, including hospitals, doctors, and patients, to promote our medical equipment.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealers, gathering feedback and addressing product inquiries.
  3. Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate daily leads and conduct regular follow-ups to drive progress and sales.
  4. Sales Promotional Events: Support the team in organizing sales events to enhance brand visibility and product sales.
  5. Sales Target Monitoring: Establish area-wide sales targets and monitor the sales performance of all dealers within the assigned territory.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs), providing direction and support to meet team objectives.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in any medical devices company, preferably in critical care.
