Senior Site Reliability Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of the technology team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring and Maintaining System Health Through Dashboards and Tools.
  • Developing Automation Scripts to Streamline Repetitive Tasks and Enhance Efficiency.
  • Responding to Incidents, Conducting Post-Incident Analysis, and Implementing Measures to Prevent Recurrences.
  • Identifying and Resolving Performance Bottlenecks in Infrastructure, Databases, Applications, and Networking.
  • Collaborating with Development Teams to Design Scalable, Fault-Tolerant Systems Optimized for Performance and Cost.
  • Building and Maintaining CI/CD Pipelines to Automate Deployments and Improve Delivery Cycles.
  • Developing and Maintaining Disaster Recovery Plans to Ensure System Resilience and Fast Recovery.
  • Monitoring and Forecasting Resource Utilization and Implementing Cost-Effective Scaling Strategies.
  • Ensuring Compliance with Security Requirements.
Requirements
  • 3-6 Years of Experience in a Similar Role.
  • Proficiency in Scripting Languages (Python, NodeJS, Bash, etc.).
  • Hands-On Experience with AWS Cloud Platforms.
  • Proficiency with Tools Like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Familiarity with Monitoring and Logging Tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, Code Pipeline, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
  • Experience with Git and Version Control Best Practices.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong Understanding of Networking Concepts (DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.).
