Job Title: Operations & Engineering Specialist

Location: Hybrid (India)

Work Hours: CET Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET Time)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3–4 years in Support/Operations

Job Summary

You will ensure the reliability and efficiency of APIs, databases, monitoring tools, and automation scripts. Alongside incident response, you will develop scripts, enhance dashboards, optimise data workflows, and support deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain APIs, databases, and standalone systems.
  • Build and improve monitoring dashboards (Grafana, Logic Monitor, Seq).
  • Troubleshoot issues, including API testing with Postman.
  • Manage and optimise databases (MS SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Automate tasks with Python or similar scripting.
  • Support deployments and configuration changes.
  • Document incidents, fixes, and processes.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders; participate in on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with monitoring tools (Seq, Grafana), API testing (Postman), and databases (MS SQL, Cassandra).
  • Understanding of APIs, debugging, and integration.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET, Azure, and SQL development.
  • Scripting skills in Python or similar.
  • Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
  • Flexibility to work in CET hours with occasional out-of-hours support.
  • 3–4 years in IT, software engineering, or operations.

Nice to Have

  • Cloud platform or distributed database experience.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability best practices.
  • Familiarity with IT support frameworks.
