Job Description

As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis for the sales team in collaboration with Business Heads. You will identify skill and competency gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions. Additionally, you will prepare the Annual training plan and calendar for the sales force as per the organization goals.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and presentation skills, a strong stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. A willingness to travel and be on-field is also required.

You will work closely with SMEs to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements. Your task will be to design and deliver training modules through appropriate channels on products like equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives to support onboarding of new hires with Induction & orientation sessions.

Moreover, you will continuously update training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations. Conducting Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms to promote financial literacy and product understanding is another crucial aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel and be on-field.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales and training (prior experience in training is not mandatory).
  • NISM VA Certified (can be obtained before joining).
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Strong stakeholder management & collaboration skills, Willingness to travel & be on field.
