Job Title: Process Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Trainer to join our team. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for training new hires in various processes, managing training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents on process quality and best practices, and conducting training sessions as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to new hires
  • Manage training batches to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents on process quality and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines
  • Assess trainee performance during tests
  • Maintain competency by undergoing TTT certification and staying updated on new products and training phases

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and coaching skills
  • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be a graduate in any stream
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Should be a citizen of India or allowed to work in India
  • Should be above the age of 18 Years
