We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in the insurance industry.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve performance, reduce waste, and enhance productivity across multiple sites and functions. You will also lead transformational initiatives to adapt operations in line with evolving industry and market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply process improvement techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to map current processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process optimization roadmaps to meet business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in process improvement, including experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will also need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory); Green Belt acceptable with significant Black Belt project experience

Experience:

You should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in Service Excellence, Quality, or Process Improvement roles, with at least 5 years in US/UK Insurance operations. Proven expertise in project management, process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement is essential.
