Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an expert in designing and building data center technology components, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to teams across the organization.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions that impact the success of our technology initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues that affect system performance and reliability.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

In this role, you will refine project specifications, contribute to the overall success of technology initiatives, and engage in discussions to ensure the infrastructure meets operational needs. You will work collaboratively with various teams to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration: Proficient in administering EMC SAN technologies.
  • Data Center Infrastructure Management: Strong understanding of data center infrastructure management principles.
  • Storage Provisioning and Management: Experienced in storage provisioning and management.
  • Backup and Recovery Solutions: Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in EMC Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration, experience with NAS Architecture and Design is desirable. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in related fields.
