Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support for all IT-related issues across various business system components.
- Collaborate with vendors and service management teams to analyze and resolve complex problems.
- Develop and implement Requests for Change (RFC) to improve operational stability and efficiency.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.
- Experience with problem management and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with change management practices and Request for Change processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
