Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and conducting thorough testing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center technology components and infrastructure, as well as experience in conducting testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. Additionally, they should possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, design and build data center technology components, and conduct testing efforts.
  • Utilize expertise in ServiceNow to develop and implement solutions that meet project requirements.
  • Ensure successful project delivery by providing technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow (Must Have Skill)
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (Good To Have Skill)
  • Strong understanding of data center technology components and infrastructure
  • Experience in conducting testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow
