Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a global data center design and construction team, responsible for managing projects from conception to completion.

  • Develop detailed designs and manage construction, commissioning, and close-out processes to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Establish and maintain delivery models, relationships with vendors and contractors, and use metrics to measure results.
  • Create a growth plan and contribute to the hiring and recruiting of talent in areas such as project management, field engineering, document control, and technical writing.
  • Communicate with internal business partners to collect plans, drivers, and deadlines for initiating build projects and mobilizing contractors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in data center design, construction, and operations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and agreements.
  • Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Understanding of startup and commissioning processes and standard practices in the design and construction industry.
