Account Manager Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in acquiring new clients, building strong relationships with existing ones, and driving account growth.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales research to identify high potential customers and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and create funnels through demos and pitching recruitment solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management to create interest and generate leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and pain points to offer customized solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and prepare value-added proposals.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and generate regular reports on client satisfaction and account growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to share market intelligence with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- High emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with people across backgrounds and organizational hierarchy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with fluency in English.
- Technical savviness and proficiency in MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical thinking for interpreting client data and providing actionable insights.
- Persevering and persuasive attitude with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
