Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our guest relationship efforts in West and South India. As a Guest Relationship Lead, you will be responsible for managing bookings and coordinating end-to-end travel requests.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the luxury space, preferably from the tourism background but also open to other relevant industries. A proven track record in this space is essential, as well as a strong sense of customer relationship and experience handling UHNI clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining reports, capturing market trends, and representing the brand across all stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required to create delightful guest experiences.
