About the Role
  • We are seeking a visionary leader to develop and execute AI/ML strategy, driving personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • This role will involve championing the integration of AI and LLMs to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
Responsibilities
  • AI/ML Strategy Leadership:
    • Define the AI/ML roadmap to power our business.
    • Execute the roadmap to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth:
    • Lead analytics initiatives to drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation:
    • Build and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 18+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development.
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
