About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary AI Solutions Director to spearhead the delivery of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions across diverse industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership capabilities to drive organizational growth through innovative AI applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
  • Tech Leadership: Provide technical vision and oversight for AI project development, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability.
  • Team Management: Lead high-performing teams of data scientists, engineers, and project managers to deliver complex AI projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful AI solution deployment.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile project management practices (Scrum, Kanban) to facilitate adaptive planning, continuous delivery, and rapid iteration.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, technical designs, risks, and deliverables. Provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in technology, with at least 4-5 years in hands-on AI/ML development and a minimum of 3-4 years in technical project
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production
  • Expertise :
    • Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, and data science principles.
    • Familiarity with ML frameworks and platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, Azure AI, AWS AI Services, etc.
  • Management Skills :
    • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and use of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps.
    • Strong skills in project scoping, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Communication & Leadership :
    • Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
    • Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to influence

  • Experience working in domains like Healthcare, Finance, Retail, or Manufacturing on AI-driven solutions.
