Account Executive Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Account Executive, responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts through outbound prospecting and qualification.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and compliant financial solutions.
  • Navigate complex sales negotiations and articulate regulatory and FX advantages clearly.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in new-logo acquisition within payments, fintech, banking, or capital markets.
  • Proven success owning end-to-end deal cycles and beating ambitious targets.
  • Working knowledge of payment flows, FX concepts, AML/KYC, and Indian cross-border regulations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to translate technical jargon into crisp business value propositions.
