This is a dynamic leadership position responsible for the effective management of vending operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to optimize inventory management, route efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will oversee daily vending operations, ensuring machines are stocked, clean, and functioning properly. They will also develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.

A key responsibility of this role is team supervision. The candidate will train and manage a team of vending city specialists, coordinate with site specialists, and conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and support.

Inventory and supply chain management are critical aspects of this position. The successful applicant will manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, and implement inventory tracking and management systems.

Financial management is another essential skill required for this role. The candidate will monitor budgets, track expenses, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Customer relations and service quality are vital components of this position. The successful applicant will address customer complaints or service issues promptly and effectively, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and maintain strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities.

Compliance and safety are also critical aspects of this role. The candidate will ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintain accurate records and documentation, and train staff on safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in operations management, preferably in vending, logistics, or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with inventory management and route optimization software
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
