Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vending business.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of driving growth and profitability through efficient processes and streamlined inventory management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of vending city spocs, ensuring seamless machine operations, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Additionally, this individual will coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain product availability, manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales data to identify revenue opportunities and cost savings.

Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in inventory management software, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in vending or retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily vending operations, ensuring machines are stocked, clean, and functioning properly.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Monitor machine performance, identify areas for improvement, and initiate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Team Supervision
    • Train and manage a team of vending city spocs, focusing on skill development and performance enhancement.
    • Coordinate with site spocs to ensure smooth vending machine operations.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to improve team effectiveness.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, maintaining optimal product availability.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate better pricing, delivery schedules, and terms.
    • Implement inventory tracking and management systems to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze sales data to identify revenue opportunities and cost savings.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Customer Relations and Service Quality
    • Address customer complaints or service issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction ratings.
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by law and company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in vending, logistics, or retail.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and route optimization software.
