Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle PBCS Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementation of Hyperion Planning and Budgeting (HP) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (E/PBCS). They should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end implementation, with a proven track record of successful projects.

The consultant will be responsible for leading the solution build and guiding the project team. They should have excellent technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, including application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration.

Additionally, they should have a functional understanding of the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as strong integration capabilities with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent technical knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and Budgeting
    • Experience with application creation, metadata build, planning form development, validation, business rules, integration, workflow, and security configuration
    • Familiarity with FDMEE/ODI/Data Management for integration
  • Functional Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process
    • Ability to create project documents like test scripts, integration configuration documents, and manuals
  • Personal Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Great presentation skills
    • Confident and assertive
    • Open to long-term travel based on project needs
