**Job Title: Oracle Technical Support Specialist**

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance and guidance to our customers.

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical Support, with a strong focus on multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

  2. Hands-on experience with SQL/PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.

  3. Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.

  4. Ability to troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers and implement effective resolutions.

  5. Independently managed issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

Mandatory Skills:

Oracle EBS Technical Support (R12)

Oracle Forms & Reports

PL/SQL Development

Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules

Relevant Module Experience:

Order Management (OM)

Advanced Pricing

Shipping Execution

Inventory (INV)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Trading Community Architecture (TCA)
