We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to contribute to our organization's success. This role involves designing and building scalable data models using tools like dbt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build reusable data models with dbt (Data Build Tool)
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and transform data from various sources
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across all datasets
  • Work closely with analysts and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Implement and maintain data testing frameworks to validate pipeline integrity
  • Optimize SQL queries and data transformations for performance and scalability
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines for analytics codebases
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and models in production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or BI development
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt or similar data modeling tools
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
