We're seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships with hospitals and doctors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify high-potential hospitals and doctors, and lead partnership discussions to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale up business operations in new markets
  • Lead market research to understand competitors and market trends, and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in concept selling with a track record of delivering upwards of ₹7 Cr in annualized margins
  • Minimum 4-8 years of enterprise sales experience in the recent past
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hospital owners and doctors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent time-management skills and decision-making abilities
