The Mission:

To architect and lead a globally aligned, AI-enabled People & Culture strategy that powers our growth. The role will act as a strategic partner to the CHRO and CXOs, driving global HR transformation, building leadership depth, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology, agility, and innovation.
