We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Analytics professional to join our team in transforming employee experience and HR operational effectiveness.

Job Description

As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for driving analytical insights, elevating decision-making, and influencing the evolution of our global people technology stack.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for people platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise HR systems.
  • Lead systems enhancement initiatives, drive configuration optimization, and support new functionality rollouts.
  • Analyze complex people data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations that enable proactive workforce planning and strategy.
  • Translate data findings into compelling, data-backed recommendations for HR Business Partners and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • In-depth working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and related HRIS/HRIT platforms.
  • Familiarity with system configuration, business process mapping, and API integrations is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage large data sets, perform predictive analytics, and generate high-impact business insights.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL preferred.
