The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors, functional expertise in Time Management from design, configuration, and testing in a global implementation, strong knowledge of workflow, business rules, and approvals, and be proficient in Employee Central, ONB, and other modules.

The job involves working with various levels of People team members and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, creating project plans, ensuring adherence to project schedules, and maintaining a systems orientation.

The role also requires conducting long-term planning, collaborating with peers to set technology priorities, and serving as a resource for less-experienced analysts, sharing best practices.

Additionally, the successful candidate will continually assess current and upcoming People technology, identify and recommend systems/process improvements, and deliver technological solutions that support operational excellence.

SAP certification in Time Management is strongly preferred, and a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
