Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled People Systems & Data Analyst to serve as a key enabler in transforming our employee experience and HR operational effectiveness. This is a strategic role at the intersection of technology, data, and peopleideal for someone who thrives on leveraging enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow to drive analytical insights, elevate decision-making, and influence the evolution of our global people technology stack.
You will be a subject matter expert, delivering actionable insights through data, driving digital adoption, and partnering closely with senior HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between systems strategy and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Expertise & Ownership
- Serve as the SME for people platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, and other enterprise HR systems.
- Lead systems enhancement initiatives, drive configuration optimization, and support new functionality rollouts.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Analyze complex people data to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations that enable proactive workforce planning and strategy.
- Translate data findings into compelling, data-backed recommendations for HR Business Partners and leadership.
Project Leadership & Collaboration
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by aligning HR, IT, and business teams on data governance and systems integration.
- Champion best practices in data architecture, integrity, security, and privacy across all HR technology platforms.
Strategic Partnering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence decisions on employee experience, process automation, and workforce intelligence.
- Contribute to strategic workforce programs such as engagement, performance, retention, and diversity analytics.
Capability Development
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data literacy across the People function.
- Continuously improve analysis frameworks, reporting methods, and process automation tools.
Required Skills & Experience
Domain Expertise
- In-depth working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and related HRIS/HRIT platforms.
- Familiarity with system configuration, business process mapping, and API integrations is a strong advantage.
Analytical Rigor
- Proven ability to manage large data sets, perform predictive analytics, and generate high-impact business insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL preferred.
Strategic Influence
- Ability to influence and guide stakeholders across levels with compelling data narratives and visualizations.
- Experience in benchmarking, organizational design analytics, and HR metrics development.
Leadership & Delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
