As a Senior Strategic Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and goals for the team
  • Guide analysts on issue resolution and provide escalation frameworks
  • Standardize on common methods and tools
  • Provide mentorship and training to analysts as needed
  • Communicate project status accurately
  • Apply technology to improve requirements processes and reduce manual tasks
  • Build lasting relationships with business stakeholders
  • Ensure analyst deliverables are met across teams and domains

  • Ability to understand business requirements and implement technical solutions
  • Extensive business and systems analysis experience
  • Leadership skills in managing virtual teams across time zones and offshore
  • Analysis skills in key strategic initiatives alongside leading analyst teams
  • Effective understanding of business principles and methodologies

  • Effective understanding of software development principles
  • Extensive knowledge of analysis principles and best practices
  • Planning and execution skills with creative problem-solving
  • Assistance in project initiation efforts including scope definition and estimation
  • Analytical skills in understanding complex problems and options
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning
