About the Role:

As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes to secure top talent across various business segments. Your primary objective will be to design and execute effective hiring strategies that meet our manpower needs while fostering a positive employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and create targeted hiring solutions.
  • Source, screen, and select candidates through rigorous resume evaluation, HR rounds, and interviews with business teams.
  • Promote our employer value proposition and engage in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review and informed decision-making.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with the following profile:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring, with prior experience in talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English, Kannada (Compulsory), and Hindi (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms, along with a proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven approach.
