Job Role: IT Service Management Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Position

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 3+ years of experience for L2 and 8+ years for L3

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2/level 3 technical support for mission-critical banking services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS and SWIFT.
  • Operate under ITIL processes for incident management, change management, problem management, and knowledge management.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage approved changes, and participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning exercises.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes to optimize system performance.
  • Tune configurations and schedule jobs to enhance system reliability.
  • Coordinate vendor technical assistance cases, firmware updates, and validate post-change system health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Display a proactive mindset with readiness for on-call rotation and 24x7 support.
