Job Title: Oracle EPM Cloud Specialist

Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to design, configure and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes. In this role, you will collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing applications that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting and consolidation, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Design and configure EPBCS modules including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects and Custom applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Implement and maintain FCCS for financial close, consolidation and reporting, leveraging your expertise to drive process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates and financial reports, utilizing your knowledge of Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
  • Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent, ensuring timely and accurate data transfer between systems.
  • Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and financial close cycles, providing guidance and training to finance teams as needed.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization of EPM applications, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud including EPBCS and FCCS, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
  • A deep understanding of FP&A, consolidation and reporting processes, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View and Financial Reporting Web Studio, with the ability to design and implement customized solutions.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, security setup and workflow administration, with the ability to ensure system integrity and data security.
  • Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, currency translations and ownership management in FCCS, with the ability to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years each in EPBCS and FCCS, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, computer science or a related field.
