As a seasoned Oracle EPM professional, we are seeking an exceptional EPM Manager to lead our finance team.

This is a full-time onsite role requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to face clients confidently.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM - HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close) and should possess functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications such as CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance).

A strong track record of implementing end-to-end HFM/FCCS projects is essential, along with experience in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application.

Core consulting skills, including the ability to conduct demos and assignments, are also required. The candidate should be proficient in reporting - management and narrative reporting and have experience working on integrations and automations.

Additionally, the ability to adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn are crucial for this role.

Bonus points if you have experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning
